As a member of the Better Future Community team you will help people realize the dream of homeownership.

You will be responsible for assisting the borrower and team in the coordination of all functions related to the processing of home loans.

Duties include:
*Conduct daily review and follow-up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding items
*Gather necessary documentation
*Respond to team e-mails, questions and phone calls
*Manage key dates regarding loan process
*Update all loan files with notes regarding all actions that affect the loan
*Reviews all reports, appraisals, and documents prior to underwriter submission
*Reviews HUD 1 Settlement statement for accuracy and provides to closing agent
*Coordinates scheduling of loan closings with customer and closing agent.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of federal lending regulations
Knowledge of loan processing and closing procedures
Familiar with FHA and HUD guidelines
Proficient in Mortgage loan originating software, preferably Calyx Point
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Teamwork and customer service skills a must
Self-motivated and highly organized
Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
